If you had a personal Genie that was sitting in front of you and said that he/she would guide you in developing a personal home business and guarantee that your home business would be a success would you listen to the Genie? Would you say to the Genie, no thanks I will do it on my own? No you would not! You would tell the Genie to get going, and guide you in building your home business. You will do this because it's a third party and in the back of your mind, you are really saying that the burden is on you and if the home business fails it's the Genie's fault.

 

You see most people have to "have one foot out the door" in business and relationships. When you have one foot out of the door you are projecting failure. You are expecting what you are doing to fail. So you want to make sure that you expectations are than the Genie is going to make it happen, beyond a shadow of a doubt. You set your expectations, in your mind to win.

 

Now the Genie begins to tell you what to do. The genie says that when you follow everything that he/she tells you to do, you must do it. You agree, and now you and your genie are off to success. You begin to work and while you are building your business you are talking to your Genie, finding out whether you are on the right track or not. The Genie is tough, he/she makes you do things and holds you accountable to you time and efforts. The Genie is an expert and is making sure that you become an expert also. The goal of the Genie is that you become better than he/she is.

 

Now we all know that Genie's don't exist but you have one built into your body. It's called your subconscious mind and it drives you to success or failure depending how you view your life and surroundings. Your subconscious mind must deliver what you tell it and when you tell it to deliver it. Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between imaginary or real, it thinks that everything you think about is real. It has to deliver what you tell it to deliver without question.

 

Well you are probably saying, "But I need to get information to feed my subconscious and the information has to be real and verifiable". Home Business without a Mentor.

 

If you are playing golf and don't have a coach do you think that you will ever play in the Masters? The chance of that happening is probably, when pigs fly. Building a home business without a mentor is like trying to play in the masters without training or a coach. There is no way that you could ever build a home business without proper training.

 

I have never seen any business become successful without others helping to make it grow. This is done through a Board of Directors in a large company, a mastermind group in a mid to small size business, and an individual mentor for a new start up business. Anyone who tells you that you can do this yourself is misleading you. Never have I seen any home business become successful without a mentor.

 

There are plenty of people who want to start a home business, and are sold into some MLM or Network Marketing business that are asked to start the business without any guidance. If there is any guidance it's usually from the person that is immediately above them in their genealogy line and these people are as new to starting a business as you are.

 

I have written articles that talk about fatality statistics, where one in ever ten home businesses will survive five years. In other words, one home business out of ten will make it to the next five years. Why is this, the case? Because the people starting the home business don't know how to run a business. People who start a home business let their ego's rule their thoughts.

 

I have had people say "I have worked in business for years I know how to start a home business". Or I have heard "I have a degree in business administration and therefore I know how to start a home business." If this information is correct more and more businesses would survive the first five years. Even the most highly educated people in business schools fail in starting a home business simply because they are never taught how to run a business. They are taught how to be employees of a business. The information that is taught in schools is text book and not real. The text book information does not apply to starting and running a home business, I know I have coached people of all educational levels, and seen why people fail.

 

The main reason that people fail is they think like an employee and not like a business owner. They don't understand how to think like a CEO. When you think like an employee you now put yourself in a position of working in a business and not running a business. There are distinct differences between the two. The people who are guiding you are thinking like employees and not business owners so your up line, which goes up many levels, are all thinking like employees and not CEO's.

 

We teach everyone how to think like a business owner so when you start your home business you now understand the mindset of running a home business, and not working in a home business. Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Robert Kiyosaki, and Donald Trump are not employees and have never been employees; they are owners and with that comes a unique mindset.

 

This mindset is not something that can be achieved except through the transference from one to another. You have to acquire it from others who have it. It comes from a mentor and can not be gotten from people that don't have it. You cannot acquire it from employees. You have to get it from people who understand it and can transfer it to you through a deliberate mentoring process. You can only get this skill as a result of working with others who have it. In order to know about it you need to understand what it feels like. You have to be able to see it!

Working from home is also difficult because you have a tendency to put things off. This is a no-no! You will work harder than you ever worked before, but the rewards will be greater. I make hundreds of thousands of dollars per year actually, in the mid to high hundreds of thousands per year, and I work fourteen to sixteen hours per day. But I am financially independent and enjoy everything I do.

I coach people how to be financially efficient with their wealth, and how to set up and run home based businesses. This title is not meant to insult anyone but usually there are more people who want to get into a home business than there are successful. Why is this the case? Good question and here is the answer.

 

The reason why people don't succeed is because they are not taught to succeed. They lack the financial education that enables them to build a home business and make it work. This occurs for many reasons. Usually the main reason is because the are over sold. In this issue of Financial Freedom News I want to talk about how to get Free Leads. This issue came about when I started to search Google for Free Leads. Why I did it I can't tell you but I did and what I found was outrageous. I guess the reason that prompeted me to look for free leads is that I have seen people purchase leads from lead generation companies, that had been sold to the same people over and over again. I even had that happen to me years ago, so I was looking for free leads and wondered if they even existed.

Well here is what happened!

When I entered the name "Free leads" into google I was amazed at what I found. I found over 600,000 places that promote free leads. But almost every site that I clicked on I found burried down deep inside the website, the fact that there was some cost or another. There was either a MLM business or affiliate program that allowed me to make money selling leads. What was free was either a newsletter or a trial. I wanted free leads to use to promote my business, not sign up for another business.

I kept looking for free leads and somewhere on one of the pages way in the back I found it. I found free leads with no strings attached. I found a site where I could harvest anywhere from 1000 to 2000 leads per day. I signed up for it and got the leads. But another problem presented itself now! If I sent them out through my system my ISP would shut me down for spaming and I did not want to do that. I found a system that was affiliated with the free leads site, so you can imagine what ran through my head. Here we go again, I got the free leads but now I have to pay to send them out.

Well I signed up for the free marketing system and learned how to use it. I figured that education was what I needed and so I decided to learn as much as I could about email and lead generation. As I learned I wrote down the information and you can get it here in a series of articles that you can get for free. For me to write all of the information here would make your head spin but you can read it over a period of eight days and then learn how to get free leads yourself. I have done the research for you.

Does it work! Today I am getting anywhere from 50 to 100 email capture leads per day and 3-4 qualified leads per day. The qualified leads are when someone is acutally signing up wanting information from me. To date I have over 30,000 email address that I send information to, spam free. These email addresses are double opt in so spaming is out of the question and just to set the record straight, I would never do it anyway.
